We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations, or you may change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible and customer-friendly returns policy, which allows you to return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
Initiating a Return
If you wish to return your items, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your decision to return the items. You can reach us at info@infraredheatingspecialists.co.uk.
Returning the items: You then have an additional 14 days from the date of notifying us to return the products to us. Please ensure that the goods are in their original undamaged packaging, fit for resale, and have not been modified in any way.
Return Conditions
The returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and unused to be eligible for a refund, repair or exchange.
If the plug attached to the heater is cut off, it will void the 14-day returns period. However, this does not affect your warranty.
We kindly ask you to bear the responsibility for shipping the items back to us. Please package the items securely and consider using a recorded shipping service for your protection. We advise against returning Glass IR Panels or Mirror IR Panels via courier collections, as we are unable to arrange collections for these items.
Any items intentionally or unintentionally modified or with repair attempts made by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. IHS do not accept liability for any damage caused by such modifications after the product has been dispatched.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item at point of delivery, please notify us within 14 working days. We may ask you to return the item in its original packaging for inspection. Upon confirmation of the fault, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Warranty
If any item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. Upon inspection, we will replace, repair, or refund the item at our discretion.
Within heater guarantee period, you have the right to return any goods deemed faulty. Our team will conduct tests to determine whether the product was faulty due to normal use.
Warranty exceptions: The warranty does not apply to damage caused by Acts of God, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, or non-compliance with relevant safety and industry standards.
Exceptions
Custom printed or made to order special sizes are excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation period, except when they are found to be faulty. Customers are advised to carefully review their proof and image quality for printed heaters before ordering.
Return Shipping Costs
If your order is under 14 days old, we offer a free post.
For returns initiated after 14 days from purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.
